Todd Romanowycz (Romy) grew up in Elliston on the remote West Coast of South Australia. He graduated with a Bachelor degree in visual art in 2001 and has been developing his style as an emerging artist since then.

Over the years Romy has mostly worked in illustration and painting, with a focus on the Australian street surf culture. He now is exploring a unique style of painting with acrylic on acrylic sheets (Perspex).

The clean and sharp finish has a graphic quality and the works have a retro feel, often incorporating nostalgic elements such as old cars and bikes. This display features themes of landscape and still life, but is far from traditional.
