Artist Statement
For this show I have moved away from the subtle, high fired (1280c) pieces in porcelaineous white stoneware and created work in low fired (1080c)white Earthenware clay, thus enabling brighter and more brilliant colours.
24 ct gold lustre embellishes the playful pieces, laced with a touch of eroticism while still retaining functionality.
