Artist Statement
To me water is one of nature’s most enticing ecosystems which I like to include in my paintings, whether seen or suggested. My affinity with mangroves (habitat) also enables me to be aware of marine interactions, not necessarily scientific but definitely visual. This exhibition showcases my curiosity in the water world environment of those whose lives exist only because of water. And isn’t that all of us?
