ARTIST STATEMENT:
Melanie works are a response to the visual spaces of Australian landscapes and farming. This threesome responds to farming with a bubble of colour trying to remembering the feeling, sight and smell as you pass open landscape. The moment that everyone wonders ‘how nice would it be to live here’ as they drive past.
