Meet artist, street artist and children’s novelist Nick Kuszyk, otherwise known around town as R Robots.
Nick Kuszyk has two Bachelors of Fine Art from Virginia Commonwealth University in Painting and Sculpture. He was awarded a Virginia Museum Fellowship and The Theresa Pollock award. He has shown and painted murals in cities all over the world. His children’s book “R Robot Saves Lunch” was published by Penguin. Kuszyk currently lives and works in one of the epicenters of contemporary and cutting edge street art, Bushwick, Brooklyn.
Keep making stuff. Keep being stoked. Don’t let the squares ruin everything. What the squares don’t realize is all the crap they’re fighting against and scared of is what makes the world better and worth living in.
