Britney Marsden or better known as Britty Em is a Gold Coast based artist who works mainly in large scale acrylic paintings.
A common theme in Britney’s new work is portraits of animals and humans, juxtaposed with bright and bold colourful palettes along with everyday objects such as flowers and patterns. Her work is an example of cross pollinating ideas together to create something new and playful. Graphic design and fashion have a strong influence in her work and has been instrumental in producing illustrative flat bold designs in her painting style.
