Artist Statement
Practising her craft in the Hawkesbury region of outer Sydney, Mellissa has developed her own impressionistic style with which she portrays the Australian landscape, flora and fauna.
With an affinity for light and colour, brushstrokes dance across the canvas, inviting the viewer to share the joy of creation of both subject and artist.
