ARTIST STATEMENT
We humanize our pets because they have irresistible personalities.
They embody the spirit of taking life in the moment, is it possible they are here to teach us something about ourselves? Maybe life should not be taken so seriously? Some of the most valuable lessons I have experienced are through my connection to animals. I am willing to suspend reality for a moment to imagine life through the eyes of my pets.
